TIPS for a happy work week

Having worked from home for a living for a while now, we feel like some-what experts on this subject. And with WFH becoming the norm, here are our top tips for a happy work week:


1. Schedule EVERYTHING:

The quick (never quick) calls, replying to emails, follow-ups, and even your tea-breaks. Google Keep, or even the Notes app on your phone will help you master your day!


2. Stand UP:

Make it a point to stand up every hour, for about a minute and stare at a distance object. You'll be surprised how much better you (and your eyes!) feel at EOD.


3. WORK-hours:

Having strict work hours helps you get more done, because you work faster when you KNOW you're racing against the clock. Also being available literally 24/7 means sacrificing your sanity and ends up with feeling overwhelmed.


4. Exercise FIRST:

We've all been there - started our work day promising ourselves a 5pm workout, and down the rabbit hole we go. We suddenly look up, and it's 7pm ~ gone are the hopes of any kind of physical activity. Make time for movement first thing everyday and you won't regret it.


5. Caution! WORK-ZONE:

Having a dedicated workspace means less temptation to Netflix, better focus on jobs at hand and helps define that line between work-life.
